    We know that some websites can be tricky but our website is easy to navigate, which means you can get all the information you need to manage your own health insurance portfolio. Discover how to find network lists, submit a claim or find some answers in our FAQs section. Our resources are designed to help, so we encourage you to make use of them should you need specific information. Take a look at some of our helpful resources: 

    • Frequently Asked Questions. – if you have a specific question in mind, you will find it here. We cover a range of topics and categories, and our answers are always up-to-date, and relevant. 
    • Contact Us. You are welcome to contact us directly if you need to speak to a consultant. You can visit our Contact Us page for all the details you need. 
    • Benefits. We’ve categorised our Benefits for your convenience. They are also available for download so you can keep them on hand. Browse the Day-to-Day Benefits or the Major Medical Events Benefits. You can also take a look at specific benefits, like HIV, Maternity or Chronic Benefits.

    It’s important to follow the correct procedures in order to qualify for your benefits. Any medical consultations with healthcare professionals need pre-authorisation. They also need to be part of the approved Momentum CareCross Network. In order to find an approved network partner, we’ve created all the relevant lists for you. These lists are categorised by the relevant specialists or healthcare services that are localised to your geographical area.

    We plan to bring even more value to our members in 2023. You can now enjoy more benefits at the touch of a button. We’re an innovative company who understands the convenience and efficiecy of technology. That’s why we’ve brought you the Momentum More Health app. The app is free for members to download on Google Play, the App Store and the App Gallery. Use it to access the free Hello Doctor service.

    We have a range of new benefits including the More4Me that provides airtime and data discounts, as well as Shoprite Checkers and Takealot vouchers, based on your Healthy Heart Score. Mutliply Engage provides you with free acess to discounts with major brands, like Makro, Nando’s, NuMetro, Flysafair and Protea Hotels.

    As always, we’re constantly striving to improve our customer service so will be reviewing and improving to make things even more efficient.     6. Price change reminder

    We’re committed to providing affordable healthcare plans so we’re pleased to confirm our premiums increase for 2023 is very reasonable. Take a look at the price increases for 2023. The most current Momentum Health4Me costs are as follows:

    • Health4Me Bronze. R517 for the principal member per month.
    • Health4Me Silver. R554 for the principal member per month.
    • Health4Me Gold. R598 for the principal member per month.
